Five weeks ago I was not able to walk up stairs foot over foot as my left leg was weak and sore and would not lift me. Stacy sorted my problematic tight muscles out over a few visits and taught me how to look after myself better. Because of that, today I was able to hike the Ormiston Gorge trail in the NT! 10km and 200m elevation on a hot day and had to swim out the final km or so … and I’m fine afterwards!. Thanks Stacy for making that possible. Glad I sought your help and didn’t miss this adventure.
After years of dealing with chronic neck pain, I found expedited relief through solutions physio. After Jeremy, looked at my MRI scan results he knew exactly what to do.. I’m more productive at work and less reliant on pain relief medication after practical exercises were prescribed and taping procedures applied.
