Have literally been calling these past two weeks at different hours of the day and not a single time does my call get answered. I leave a message and no call back. All I desire is to get a simple question answered. Do you accept my insurance or not. I would have wanted to try to go here but can’t because no one answers.
Dr. Hall was great. Very nice and funny. I love a Dr who treats you like a human and not just another one of their customers. The ladies at the front desk were too sweet as well.
I have issues with my spine, but I also have four autoimmune disorders that are always acting up. I was referred to palliative care, but I didn’t like the extremely high doses of medication that they were planning to put me on. Dr. A has been knowledable, professional and has helped me thus far. All the staff is wonderful especially Nel, and Shawn. BUT I HAVE NEEDED HELP FROM THE STAFF AND SARAH HAS TOLD ME ON 2 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND GIVE ME AN UPDATE ON A PROBLEM I HAD BEFORE SHE LEFT FOR THE DAY ( FRIDAYS), SHE DIDNT BOTH TIMES. OBVIOUSLY MY PROBLEM WASNT IMPORTANT. WONT TALK TO HER AGAIN. BEWARE OF SARAH!
