I'm a very easy going person, I filled out paperwork in ADVANCE of Two months (8weeks) that's not small notice at all, but my Visit was handled by a Nurse Practitioner & Not Dr. Agbenyefia, that was Red Flag #1, I was being Evaluated in the back room & suddenly an employee came in to say My Insurance was out of their Network, they had 8weeks to Verify EVERYTHING..It was not, & I was rushed like in a very unprofessional manner.. I had my appointment but here was the problem. I waited almost two hours on her then when she finally saw me she kept interrupting me and stayed in the room less than 4 minutes, this was on my first appointment!! It was not my problem she was running late!! Then she called in a medication I am allergic to so if this so-called doctor had taken the time to actually speak to me she would have known that!!!!!! Whole staff from Abigail on back is first class. They are attentive , explain treatments well, and follow though. Haven’t ever had a better experience at a medical facility
We met with Dr. Jonathan Hall. He was extremely knowledgable and thorough. He took time to get all the details of past history and to explain all the options. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this kind of care.
Dr .A is do genuine in all she does! She is extremely knowledgeable and explains very thoroughly about everything! She is always caring and shows great concern in each individual situation. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. Very responsive to everything. Dr A has been a breath of fresh air for all my issues! Amazing office, Doctors and staff.
