This place is awful. They do not care about the patients. They make it look like they follow state regulations on paper but they make their own rules up otherwise. The wait times are ridiculous and most of the time the counselors are late but will make you wait until they get there if you have to meet with them and im not talking a couple minutes late more like 30 minutes or more. Don't recommend this place at all until BHG gets different staff. Does no good to file grievances because they are all handled in house. A blind p... read more
This place is awful. They do not care about the patients and pretty sure they have an employee that is skimming medication and adding water back to the main bottle. Always dosed infront of the nurse every day on a stable dose but since BHG bought it when I dose I go into withdrawal several times a week until a different nurse comes on then you mysteriously have no withdrawal symptoms. I would give them 5 stars but I absolutely won't do that now. I have been going to this particular clinic since the beginning of March 2024. I had 5 years of sobriety on Suboxone never failed drug screens always followed the rules never once have ever had any trouble from my doctors in anyway. I had dental implants last year that caused a terrible relapse and then loss of my 8 year caregiving career because my patient passed away Jan 3rd 2024. Please don't waste your time. I sure have. Sat there doing intake for several hours and when I thought it was close to getting my medicine, I was told that they were not going to be able to help me. It was time to close for the day and I was pushed out of the office. I'm on disability and get 914.00 per month and I don't have money to drive for 30 minutes to get nowhere. It used to be a good program but since bhg took over its been a down hill trip. If you can find a different way to handle your problems you will be far ahead of the game.
