Solutions went through my A/C system thoroughly and repaired the problem. Professional and very courteous. Starting with Kayla in the office, she couldn’t have been any nicer. The tech, Armando was thorough and knowledgeable, and also very courteous, he had a new man with him, Robert, nice guy as well, he’s in good hands with Armando. I don’t know the owner, but his people are a true asset to his company. They treat customers as they want to be treated. I highly recommend. K Workman

I had water leaking from the AC in my roof onto my stairs. Two other companies have come out, one of them came out three times for it and then ghosted me. After scheduling something with Solutions, Quinton came out and knew the issue literally within 5 minutes and got it solved within an hour. On top of his knowledge and skill set, he was polite, courteous, and humored all of my questions about how the system works. Top tier service. Solutions is lucky to have him. Irving from Solutions Heating and Cool came to our home on Wednesday to conduct a free energy assessment. Irving was a wealth of knowledge. He provided us with so much information. I can't believe we never heard of this stuff. Irving sealed all of our floor vents and conduct other energy saving work. We were so pleased and impressed with Irving. Thanks again for everything!

The capacitor went out. The service person went out and checked the system outside. Came back and showed with a picture of what was going on. Fixed the issue and checked air vents until it got to a certain air level before he left. He knew what he was doing, went straight to it . Very nice and explained very well.
