I'll let you be the judge. I Had a new HVAC installed in 2022. I was told that I could only used installer to service unit to maintain warranty. Which was not a problem for me, until this year. For the last 6 years this company has been maintaining my unit. (The unit they installed) I never had a problem with tech they were always nice.
