We reached out to this company after having our basement, garage, and porch done. After having spent close to 4k with this company, we'd expect a bit more loyalty. After calling several times since April to get our porch redone since it is cracking in certain areas, our calls went unanswered and straight to voicemail. The one time he did answer, he said that he would come if it didn't rain ( which of course it did and we've been trying to reach him ever since. we had new floor put in last year and needed some followup work. Called both numbers countless times and was told they would be back for touch ups. Even had a couple appointments scheduled but no one showed up or called. Not happy with this situation. Now it is 4 months later and cannot get anyone to come finish the job.
