There were a few basic helpful tools communicated, but many resources and tips felt outdated. A suggested bibliography for further reading contained books published at least 20 years ago, and a lot has changed in the parenting world since then. The way the facilitators treat you at times is less than desirable, almost like you're a child rather than a parent.
