Not only did your pushy salespeople ignore three no trespassing and two no soliciting signs they gained access to the property through my eleven year old son which leaves me beyond works. Mislead every step of the way I could not in good faith recommend this company to anyone. If they turn up at your door turn them away. The hyla unit they want over $3k for is on Amazon for $900 LOL
Worst customer service, I have ever dealt with
This was to say the least a very difficult experience. I had a high pressure salesman enter my home and felt forced to make an impulse buy. I found out you can get the same machine on amazon for almost half the price. You do have the option to cancel within three business days but since it was postmarked on the next business day even when I put it in on the 3rd. It needed to be postmarked by the forth but we live in an outside county. There was no mercy they go by postmark rather than customer service. The machine is huge cu... read more
