Horrible experience today at SAS laval, really insulting and unpleasant treatment from the secretary who was beyond rude and unprofessional. An unfortunate event after being a customer for 12+ years, purchasing two Cpap machines and a great number of supplies, masks, filters and more, been going every 6 months for 12 years never had a problem with anyone, until today, I had the misfortune of showing up without an appointment a half hour before lunch and the secretary absolutely went ballistic on me, acting as if I committed ... read more
