I started seeing Fred almost 2 years ago and I can’t express how thankful I am for the guidance he has given me. He has truly helped me from an early grave and my children have a healthy mom they deserve. I have PTSD , depression , anxiety and ADHD. I never saw a therapist till I was almost 40 and I’m glad I did. I feel listened to and validated.
This experience was by far the best. I've been to other Counseling and felt that I wasn't able to get the help I needed. The staff had been helpful and my confidence has improved. Thank you for the help I needed. EM
Started counseling in October it was helping and I was doing good and eager to go to my appointments. Unfortunately after getting out of my comfort zone and opening up to this woman trusting her like I have never trusted anyone before she was planning on leaving this office without telling me until I found out last minute during a phone call that I could no longer see her. What’s extremely concerning is the fact that myself and my children have been coming here for quite some time well since I’ve been having some miscommunication issues with my children! Mental health is the number one and most important thing in the Health and the medical field. The fact that my counselor quit and my son‘s counselor just quit the fact that there is no one ever there and poor Sabrina in the front office has been absolutely phenomenal she is truly a gem And deserves to be paid way better than I’m sure she does!... read more
