This place can and needs to do better because people with mental health challenges deserve their best! The executive director just lied to me on the phone and didn’t have the decency nor professionalism to call me back. I’ve been without therapy for more than a month due to the holidays and workers schedules. My father-in-law was going there for a therapy and they prescribed him Xanax after we informed them that he's had a previous Xanax addiction and now he has eaten the whole bottle and is in the hospital from a suicide attempt because of them damn Xanax
I want to start off by saying my actual counselor is amazing and is great at what she does and this has nothing to do with her 5 stars to her. The problem lies with the people who are supposed to answer phones. I have always had problems getting a hold of them but the last two weeks have been awful. Went here for awhile and had a amazing counselor collean, then she left. Had a guy Matt who was Allright but he left also. Then got Lori who is horrible. She doesn't care. I told her something and she put her hands up like who cares. Thar was my last visit.
