Great job! Had them replace my cement cinder blocks that were damaged from years of neglect by the previous home owner letting the gutter drain directly next to the enclosure leading to my basement, which was also built at grade. They replaced all the blocks and added an extra row to get above grade. The time frame was a little longer than expected but I would rather have that then be rushed and done poorly. Overall I would highly recommend Solutions and Improvements and plan to use them with upcoming projects.
Not good, but not terrible. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the renovation work did eventually get done and the end result was passable. Everything else about the experience was unacceptable: 1.) Unreliable attendance – They showed up at random times at least half the days, and I had no idea when they’d arrive. Yet they always left promptly at 5pm. This was very inconvenient for me as I had to be there to let them in. 2.) We did a rather large addition to our home with them. They finished on budget and in a timely manner with quality work. They were responsive, helpful, patient and professional. No major complaints, and happy to work with them again in the future
Replaced my deck a while ago, they made it very streamlined. Proposal came fast, and construction went smoothly. Helped with design choices and checked up on me frequently.
Andy is Top-Notch. Quick response and work was completed within 24 hours of first contact. Andy and his Team worked safely and were great to work with. Will be using them again with an upcoming project. Highly recommend.
