I have had an untenable situation with SolutionHealth employees, specifically in Health Information services, as well as Compliance office for Southern NH. Horrible people, they lie, they deflect, they ignore. My proof of all of this is documented and I am posting it because they need to be brought out into the open and exposed. These are the people charged with protecting and maintaining your medical records. So,to that end Maureen, Nancy, Val....here you go.

This site has no identifying information of who you are communicating with. There is no address or phone number. Could be anyone. When I asked for them to identify who I was communicating with, they responded, "this is the billing department". When I asked them to identify further--"of what office?", they responded, "this is solution health, you need to contact the provider". "This account is inactive." WTH? Where are my medical records? You delete them as well? Called "tech support" at 6:29pm due to this shocking discovery. 7:17pm now and still on hold. I'll be on hold until tomorrow since they close at 7pm. No "contact us" webform on their site.
Very good at following up through the phone and scheduling. Very kind to patients and easy to communicate with.
