Update: 4/8/26 Last week, the owner Aaron, called regarding my review below and personally apologized. He came out to inspect the situation himself who was very pleasant as well and helpful. He was able to identify the issue along with a few other issues that were happening in the attic. We will be following back up in a week or so. Inspector Rob came out on 3/28 to inspect my roof.
