Really appreciate the great team at Solution One Maritime for helping me get my EPIRB replaced and in choosing a new life raft for my boat. They are super helpful and gave me very practical advice. Highly recommend this company if you need a new dinghy, life raft, etc.
If you have a life raft and in the Tampa area I definitely would recommend stopping here for service! I stopped by and dropped off my raft to be serviced and wow the Customer service was 20 out of 10! When I called for questions, Yasmine answered and was super helpful and friendly! When I arrived Yasmine, Vanessa and Aaron made us feel right at home and welcomed! Thank you for the help! I will definitely be back soon!
Walked in with questions about a battery replacement for my device and I also had questions about a new one since I had my device for so long. Yasmine and Vanessa were the two young ladies that helped me out as soon as I walked in and were overall very helpful. Thanks again!
