Excellent Service! I highly recommend Solution One Maritime. I took my ACR in for a battery replacement. While there the team looked over the unit and thought it may be defective. Rather then replacing the battery they sent it to the manufacture for them to inspect. Three weeks later they informed me that a replacement unit was ready. I appreciate their help and amazing service!
Highly recommend this company. Very nice staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They let me deploy our life raft for the experience and education. They taught me about the features once it was open. Unfortunately it was unrepairable and beyond it's usable life and they let me cut off the canvas for my sewing projects at home. They helped us carry the stuff I was keeping off of the raft to our car. Just really really nice people. Great team.
Really appreciate the great team at Solution One Maritime for helping me get my EPIRB replaced and in choosing a new life raft for my boat. They are super helpful and gave me very practical advice. Highly recommend this company if you need a new dinghy, life raft, etc.
The only place to get survival and safety products, excellent staff will show you how to use it. The best brands including Mustang Survival, Crewsaver, ACR and Viking Rafts. Working as a Captain my first concern is a safe operating environment for both passengers and crew, I know I can always rely on my friends at Solution One Maritime.
I sent a PLB to Solution One for reprogramming. The unit had some kind of issue that prevented this, so they worked with the manufacturer (ACR) to get me a brand new PLB. Solution One went out of their way to do this and kept me in the loop the whole time.Much thanks to Dan Gordon. He is the best!
