Remarkable service and professionalism. We had two ACR MOB units that would not program to our MMSI so were basically $900 useless bricks. ACR could not help us, but sent us here. Dan Gordon was not only continuously communicative, but bent over backwards to resolve what was a sticky problem. To further underscore their integrity, I had overpaid by check so when he sent back our product, he stuffed some $$ into the return box. Who does that??? I am giving them all our EPIRB and PLB business going forward.
The only place to get survival and safety products, excellent staff will show you how to use it. The best brands including Mustang Survival, Crewsaver, ACR and Viking Rafts. Working as a Captain my first concern is a safe operating environment for both passengers and crew, I know I can always rely on my friends at Solution One Maritime.
The owner was so helpful. We were seeking an Infant USGC certified life vest and he was able to help us out as he had them in stock. Very fair prices. Highly recommend this company.
Excellent staff and customer service. They actually answer the phone! and help you quickly and personally. When I had a question regarding delivery they responded immediately and called me back when they said they would . I highly recommend this company for all your offshore needs..
