Last summer my close friend purchased a used Micra from this dealer, however shortly after serious issues with the car occurred including extreme rust. It was stated that should I not get the repairs done immediately there was a serious risk to me as the car could stop functionong while driving anywhere. We sent the repair info to the dealer in Chateauguay and the information was transferred to M. They do not call back contacted them twice
My friend bought a used vehicle in early summer and when it was time for its first maintenance, was shocked as the repairs required were extensive. Reached out to sales who reached out to sales manager who stated thru would speak to director. After 2 months waiting ,we reached out to them again but we were ignored. Not the first time having issues with this dealer Don’t trust them nor their vehicles, especially since we were ignored twice.
