I called to get a bid on a new central air unit, the person was here the next morning, explained all my options and an estimated time for installation if we chose them. I did go with them and the two gentlemen that came to install the unit could have been more pleasant and professional. They cleaned up and removed the old unit and all parts. I would highly recommend these people and their business.
Solutions Heating and Cooling checked all 3 of our mini-splits. One unit had created an ice mound over the winter, but there was no error code. They researched it and discovered we needed a new fan motor, which they ordered and got it installed today. We appreciated their research, efficiency, punctuality and courteous service, both in our in person interaction with the tech and phone contact regarding the problem, possible solution, and scheduling.
