We had a great experience. Solutions actually answers their phone and calls you back when they promise. They arrive on time or early as well. Our tech Martin was professional and followed-up to make sure our issue was fixed the next day,

Better than expected. Pleasantly surprised when they showed up 15 minutes early (7:45) for 8:00 appointment. They were pleasant and a pleasure to work with. The lead tech was Kyle. He was organized and completely functional in spite of having difficulty connecting to WIFI, through no fault of his own. We had two Mitsubishi mini splits installed. The A/C works well. I needed my whole unit replaced. I had already gotten. A quote from another company and had a second not show up. I called Solution Heating & Cooling and they came out the next day to get a quote done for me. Within minutes of being at my house I had different options to choose from not just one.
