I agreed with prevoius review for the after sales service. The purchased includes winter tires. When they installed them, I noticed they were used. I called the service dept. And he told they were used. Then, the salesman insisted they were new. See the tire picture right after they installed it. You can see how dirty it is and it doesn't look new at all. See the 1st picture for comparison with our 1 year old tire. The 2nd picture is the tire that they installed.
