Stay away!!! We had to hire new contractors to fix EVERYTHING they worked on. They built our front deck with extended roof, the next day it rained hard and our house got flooded. They said they would replace all drywall and insulation, nope, cover wet insulation with drywall. Then after they fixed the roof, it rained again and it still leaked, my wife and I climbed on the roof and caulked and sealed the roof ourselves. Beware of this company. We spoke to Leon about our remodeling and he sold us on the biggest dissappointing journey in the house remodeling. We paid the upfront money and asked multiple times for the contract and the design plan. Nothing was ever provided. They started with the porch while we were living there and we soon encountered the poor craftsmanship. His crew maybe worked 4-5 hours a day complaining of dehydration and overheating.
