Can not begin to describe how petty and unprofessional this place is. I'm honestly not sure how they are still in business, but I guess how they act is simply the 'American Way' now. Here's my experience with them: I purchased a Big Joe forklift through Solution Dynamics and was shipped the incorrect model. For reference, that's like ordering a pickup truck with a short-bed because it's the only version that will fit in your garage and they ship you a long-bed.
