I just had to take time to write a positive review! Specifically, to thank Erin, who went way above and beyond with her customer service. My husband and I had to email a couple of letters. His was his email on his phone, while mine was handwritten. To my surprise, Erin was able to scan both letters and send them! What impressed me most, was Erin’s attention to detail. I dropped off a stack of invitations along with my phone number in hopes of receiving a few samples before deciding on a design and moving forward. Rather than attempting to reach out to me for any further clarification, this company chose to do nothing for nearly 2 weeks. The two women at the front desk were surly and combative from the outset, while the production manager I spoke to briefly gave me the impression this would be no problem. I would not recommend this business to anyone under any circumstance.
