I just had to take time to write a positive review! Specifically, to thank Erin, who went way above and beyond with her customer service. My husband and I had to email a couple of letters. His was his email on his phone, while mine was handwritten. To my surprise, Erin was able to scan both letters and send them! What impressed me most, was Erin’s attention to detail.
