CrossFit family! If you ever find yourself in the KC area and need a place to drop-in, I highly suggest Solution 1 Crossfit! Lots of classes to choose from all day to accommodate your trip. Bianca, the owner, is awesome and Preston is a great coach! The members were awesome as well! Very hospitable people and great wods! Felt like home!
Great place to work out with serious weight. All the coaches have done a great job teaching the routines and setting levels.
Solution 1 CrossFit is the best, just get on in here! My husband and I visited once and then joined together about four months ago. We couldn’t be more pleased with our progress and the encouraging environment!
