Hands down the best gym in the KC Metro. The facility and equipment is peak. The coaches are top tier. Wide variety of classes + auxiliary services.

Clean gym with all the equipment you could need. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to find a class with all different levels of intensity.
I have been at Solution 1 CrossFit for about 2 years and I love going there for my workouts. There are different classes with various workouts for each person to choose. The coaches are friendly and helpful along with the fun people that workout in different groups. In the short 2 years this place has helped me get stronger and more fit than I have been in a long time. I highly recommend this place!
