Solun always does great work. They have done window treatments in our previous homes and our new home. We trust their advice and expertise. And love the personal touch service.
Four years ago, I wrote an enthusiastic review after Solun installed window treatments throughout my new home. They did a beautiful job, and Joseph was amazing to work with. Recently, one of my motorized shades stopped working. I contacted Solun, and Joseph was at my home within a few days. The issue required a replacement motor. So, Joseph removed the valance and returned the following day, a Saturday no less, to reinstall it with the new motor. The customer service at Solun Window Fashions is truly exceptional!!
Consistent and high quality service. Always professional, honest and supportive. Joseph is phenomenal and extremely responsive. He always follows up and is a consultant first in order to determine optimal solutions, services and products. Trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. They worked with us to select a shade and then installed to perfection. They then came back for separate follow up and checked everything in the home. We will only work with them and recommend them to everyone.
Solun Window Fashions installed new blinds throughout our house in Plantation and they did a beautiful job. Joseph spent a great amount of time analyzing our needs and then recommending the best options to fit our budget. His staff and installers were very pleasant and professional. We are very pleased with Solun.
Great experience! I purchased a new home and the window shades were broken and not working correctly. I reached out to them for help in repairing the broken parts. They came the next morning and not only fixed the two broken window, shades, but double checked every other window, shade and fixed other issues. Wonderful customer service!
