Worst security company! Was a customer for almost 20 years. Upgraded equipment to cellular and paid for new equipment up front, but they want you to be beholden to them for 5 years for monitoring. The new equipment always had issues with not communicating and then had to pay servicing fees to have them come out to work on it. Grew frustrated with the quality and servicing so decided to give up on the system. I've been doing business with Solucient for years. The customer service is top notch and never experienced any issue that wasn't handled in a timely and professional manner. Great company and great staff.
