Shadowline products are built to last, mate. The materials are solid and can be used both for structural support and as handles. The quality and design are top-notch.
I also emailed in an order in mid November 2021. Didn't heard from them for a week, I tried to chase up to make a payment but impossible to reach anyone. Finally received the invoice after one an a half week and I made a payment on the same day. Then waited a week and have heard nothing again. I kept calling the office and again impossible to reach anyone. Finally reached someone after a week, made hundreds of calls and messages. They forgot to send out the order.
