I bought an old house and needed a through-wall dog door to the backyard. Solt was able to do the work in less than a day, came up with a great movable ramp design, and unilaterally reduced the price because it took them less time than they had estimated. It looks great and the dogs love it.
Caleb and his team were fantastic. We had them come in to create a walk-through from our Kitchen/Dining room on a load bearing wall. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection and plan to not disrupt any of the main foundation. 10/10 would recommend Solt's Construction.
Caleb was very easy to work with because of his professionalism and dedication to his work. This was our second time using him on a neighbor's recommendation. This time, he installed recessed lights where fluorescent lights had existed. The first time, he repaired a ceiling that had been damaged by water and a wall that needed some holes spackled and repainted. He'd also installed a new security light and lamppost light. I called Solts for an estimate. They were extremely fast, professional and friendly. Their staff is very responsive and helpful, and we would like to do business with them in the future.
Caleb is awesome and easy to work with. He did a phenomenal job with our remodel, and his price is extremely reasonable.
