The woman who drove the Red Line bus that departed from the VTC at 9:57 am, the 20th of April was so rude and condescending. I asked her if this bus was going to El Cerrito and she said “What does it say on the bus?” I have used public transportation throughout the Bay Area and I have experienced that what buses say on their sign can be different from where they are going or if they’re going anywhere at all. Charmaine at Soltrans customer service is very wonderful and helpful,and the bus drivers are always so kind and friendly.The only problem is that Soltrans has a problem with really,really bad delays.
Sol trans sucks, bus drivers are weird. Bus drivers are rude. Do not look Professional.

This bus company has the rudest drivers. Buses are regularly NOT on time. Bus drivers are not only rude but mean and unfriendly.
