We had three issues that needed attention. Amy was a delight to work with in understanding our needs and scheduling an appointment. Cody arrived on time and quickly attacked the problems. He was respectful, friendly and greatly efficient. He explained everything he did in detail without us having to ask. He was done in a timely manner, careful not to leave a mess, and asked if we had any questions. What Amazing people. They came out on New Year's Eve to fix burnt wiring, n the price of what I was charged was unbelievable. They are truly Amazing. So helpful n respectful.
Tech was here less than an hour after I called. He was able to quickly identify the issue and get everything fixed. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone needing some electrical help.
We lost power due to a tree falling and pulling out wires from the weatherhead. We called close to closing time and they were out fixing our problem within a half hour!! Very courteous and friendly. Will use Soltis-Julian again in the future!
