I just drove through Solterra Texas recently and was blown away by the layout. Even as a visitor, you can tell how much thought went into the landscaping and the overall aesthetic. The entrance is beautiful, and the community has a very high-end, resort-like feel to it. Definitely one of the most eye-catching neighborhoods I’ve seen in Dallas.
Solterra has such a welcoming, "feel-at-home" vibe. From the moment we drove through the entrance, we were impressed by the beautiful landscaping and overall curb appeal. My family and I were immediately drawn to the trail system winding through the community... Our lab is going to love it. The amenity center blew us away as well, gorgeous open floor plan, tons of natural light from the large windows, and an elite fitness center. Highly recommend Solterra Texas!
