This is beautiful new neighborhood with many amenities that is changing the footprint in Mesquite. 13 different builders with many floorplans and designs for my clients to choose from. The community already has great character and I’m happy to meet new buyers and help them shop all of the different options to make this the next place for my clients to call home.
Solterra texas is an amazing community where they have 13 different builders with different price ranges. Lots of amenities including Sandy beach! I highly recommend Solterra to my clients and love to schedule a tour if you’re looking for a brand new or a custom home.
