Solterra Texas is such a great place to live. To the beautiful landscape and the various parks for kids to safely play. There is plenty of walking space to help unwind. Solterra is a great change from in a high trafficked suburb or noisy city. The park with the tree fort is a kids absolute dream to play on. I wish I had a tree fort that big in my childhood neighborhood like the one in Solterra.

Tried out the VR tour of Solterra’s amenity center, and it looks next-level! The amenity building will look amazing. I was also told there will be a food truck area—major vibes. If the real thing is as cool as it looks in VR, this place is gonna be a total win for residents. Looking for a home after this year.

I recently visited Solterra Texas and let me say, I was absolutely blown away! The ambiance was fantastic, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that truly made me feel at home. The treehouse itself is beautifully designed with modern touches while still feeling cozy and inviting. The attention to detail is evident and its clear that a lot of thought went into creating such a special place. For anybody who is looking to move to Mesquite, I highly recommend checking out Solterra Texas!
