Solterra,s newest building in White Rock.This building is so close to the building I live in which is right across the alley from each other was designed badly.Since it is now occupied I can literally see tenants tvs and hear word for word.what they are saying.I can hear the drunks as well.When the building was designed the thought of people's privacy should have been taken into account instead of just putting a building on such a small site.Its not pleasant to have people starring into your balcony.The building in the west ... read more

Fantastic finishings and trades. Top notch attention to detail. Wow. When I first came into the sales center, Christian was amazing to deal with and all the staff were warm, yet very knowledgeable. I would atnot hesitate to deal with Solterra again in the future!
