Terrible experience so far. Purchased a pre=sale condo in Monaco in White Rock. Tons of deficiencies after the walkthrough. 90 percent not addressed after completing the purchase. Leak from the ensuite ceiling from A/C. Help arrived after 2 days. Tried to patch a warped woodwork with mud instead of replacing it. Nobody to talk to. It is a horror show. Beware! Solterra,s newest building in White Rock.This building is so close to the building I live in which is right across the alley from each other was designed badly.Since it is now occupied I can literally see tenants tvs and hear word for word.what they are saying.I can hear the drunks as well.When the building was designed the thought of people's privacy should have been taken into account instead of just putting a building on such a small site.Its not pleasant to have people starring into your balcony.The building in the west ... read more
