Joe was extremely helpful for us before and during our project. We originally contracted him after he was recommended by a friend to help us with our original design. After meeting him and seeing his initial concept, I hired him to help manage the permit process for us as well. His drafting ability and attention to detail helped make a normally long and painful process run much more efficiently. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing consulting, design, and help managing a home build or remodel.

Joe was very responsive and accomodating on our plan needs. He was timely on scheduling the appointment and was able to turn around the plans within 2 weeks. The plans were nice and the 3D and 2D versions aided in conversations with our contractors. I would use Joe again.
Joe was incredible to work with on our swimming pool. He is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to questions we had through the process. We made some changes along the way and he charged a very reasonable rate based on what the change was that we requested. He returned calls quickly and overall it was a fantastic experience.
