I have purchased snowboarding stuffs from this Solsticesupply, since a few years ago. Until a few months ago, my purchases were not bad. But, recently, 1 week ago, I placed an order. At that moment, the prices suddenly increased (~$80 to ~$110) without any understandable reason. I sent a lot of emails and phone calls, but they didn't answer at all. I want to return this order. Do not buy anything from this shop. They owe Smokin snowboards money since October and will not return a email, text , or any of the calls I have made to them. We are a core company and can't afford to be stolen from. Justin is a piece of work and he will have his day. These dudes act cool- but are a bunch of kooks. Justin did email us saying he would send a check friday. Friday has come and gone. Very unprofessional company. I recommend buying anywhere else than Solstice Supply.
Terrible customer service. I had to return a pair of boots that didn't fit, they received my return a month ago and I still haven't seen my refund. I've tried calling at least a dozen times and they don't answer the phone. I've left 2 voicemails and 3 emails over the course of two weeks simply looking for an update and have yet to get a response. Their shipping time was also very slow. They do run some great sales, but if you expect any amount customer service I'd stick with Backcountry, Evo, etc.
I used this site during one of their flash sales. They claimed to have clearly posted a change in their return policy during this sale, however it was nowhere to be found while I was shopping and was only conveyed on the invoice which went in the box that got shipped to me. So they are not allowing returns even on unopened items. If you change a return policy, then their should be some sort of acknowledgment at check out. Absolutely love this company!! My brother told me about it a couple weeks ago so I thought I would check it out since I was in the market for some new bindings. The first thing I noticed is that they have a HUGE selection and the prices are unbeatable (much lower than The House or REI for the exact same products) but also extremely important the customer service was AMAZING!!
