My name is **** **** I bought a mattress and box spring from American freight on October 20, 2024, here in Wilmington De 19808 and now the boxspring wood is falling out of the box spring broken in many pieces I need to know how do I go about getting a replacement I have pictures and would like to know where to send them.
Purchase a mattress that did not complete inflated. Filed complaint, filed warranty send all that was required from me via email and postage. But I have not received any acknowledgement from company since March. The reason why I contact Solstice was because the store I purchase mattress from closed down. Called company left messages, no one returned my calls

We are sorry for the delay in your replacement mattress. As a courtesy, we asked one of our dealers to handle the replacement for us. We produced the new mattress, shipped it to the dealer, and the dealer mistakenly shipped it to another customer. We apologize for the mix-up and also for the lack of communication. We have assigned your replacement to one of our Florida sales representatives, who will be contacting you in the next day or so. He will also ensure you receive your replacement A.S.A.P.
I have back problems and purchased a pillow top mattress. This mattress has a 3 inch sag which is causing my back to hurt more. I reached out to the company I purchased it from and was told I had to deal with the Manufacture. I have spoke to someone twice to be put off to someone else. I was told to spend in a formal warranty complaint which I did the business I purchased it from did as well no one responded. I began calling again but I have yet to have anyone resolve my problem.

We are sorry that you have experienced a problem with one of our mattresses. I don't know why you didn't have the dealer you purchased it from replace it, as they have full authority to warrant any issues that *** arise. If they are pushing it back to the manufacturer, they should not be doing that. If the dealer determines the mattress has a defect. they can replace it on the spot. If the dealer is now out of business, then certainly contact us and we can initiate a replacement.
Terrible mattress less than a year and mattress is sinking and terrible and company didn't want to replace it even though they said had warranty when I purchased it. Or wanted to replace it!
Good price but this is terrible bed. It squeaks and I'm quite sure there are bugs breeding in the box spring. Save up and buy nicer bes like sealy or posterpedic
