Update: the Spa room has been out of service over 6 months and counting. The golf simulation room is pretty useless, the community events are not timed where the residents can really enjoy them. They always take place when people are at work, and the dog park has been closed since the hurricane. The rent prices are pretty comparable to the other apartments that are in the area. Rafael and Nelson were incredibile helpful with all the problems we had since we moved such as refrigerator, ac, washer and dryer and fibally with our dishwasher. Shout out to them :)
Raphael the maintenance manager is great and very helpful on the property. Always makes sure the work order is completed fast and efficient
Raphael was great! We had an issue with our a/c unit outside of office hours and he showed up quickly, fixed the issue fast, and gave us some helpful info for any possible issues in the future.
Raphael was absolutely amazing! Fixed my maintenance issue in literally two minutes! Very respectful and courteous! Also asked if there were any other maintenance issues that needed to be addressed while he was there! Great work!!!
