Raphael who is our service manager did an amazing job helping with my sink plumbing which was causing water to become discolored and emit an order. He took the time to explain and remedy the issue and even checked the other bathroom as well. Thank you so much!
Raphael, the service manager of the property did an amazing job! I put in the work order at around almost midnight and he was there at about 11am to fix my problem! Now my garbage disposal is working properly again and my kitchen sink is beautifully recaulked. He was super efficient, courteous, and kind. So lucky to live in a building with such incredible maintenance staff!
The maintenance supervisor Raphael did an amazing job in attending my problem with the dryer issue I was having in my apartment. After many requests n one failed attempt to fix it by another employee, Raphael went above and beyond to understand my issue and actually fix the issues. Thank you!!
