I would like to thank Daniel and Rafael for their quick and efficient help during our move-in. They resolved all issues promptly and with great quality. We are very satisfied with their work and attentive attitude!
Were they helpful at getting us in? Yes! I left 5 stars, they're great. However, we had a mold issue in the shower and on the wall that took a big toll on our family and was handled with very little grace. Aggressive dogs.
I would like to give a special thanks to Raphael – the maintenance manager – who, in light of the emergency in my apartment, was willing to help me even though he was receiving visitors. He was incredibly quick and efficient! Thank you!
