This is horrible living nothing here is working and should safe and respectful as your home sweet home but this feels like a jail very bad overall avoid
Lived here for a few years and wanted to point out that the amenities are almost never working - the gym of course yes. But the sauna and steam room are never working. There are two security guards that are lovely and very attentive. The woman, Nathalie is a nightmare. We were simple residents, and she managed to find reasons to be completely demeaning to us after making small mistakes, in a building that we pay rent for. If you’re thinking about buying or renting here, I highly recommend looking at the ratings from “Solstice maison” to make an informed decision. The overall environment created by management is suffocating, think twice before calling this place your home for yourself or your tenants.
Living here has been a nightmare. The building security harasses residents and abuses their power, making people feel unsafe instead of protected. Management is fully aware but refuses to do anything about it. On top of that, the amenities are always broken, and maintenance is a joke. If you’re looking for a place that actually values its residents, look elsewhere.
