When a company says “We’re just a phone call away “, that is truly these guys. They have shown up as quick as possible every time we called them . And , if they were running behind, they made sure to update us . And , unlike some other techs, they actually let you know what is happening to your equipment. THEY TALK!!! Reasonably priced, fast , communicative and friendly.
I have always had a great experience with theor team no matter who the technician is. Kind, knowledgeable and happy to be there.

My old system gave out, Solstice came out and worked with me to change the placement and upgrade the entire system! Now, instead of squeezing into the crawlspace to change the filter and do maintenance, The new system is easy access in the hallway and upgraded to modern standards. The estimate was spot-on and reasonable, and Solstice worked with my schedule to do the replacement.
