During my time here, I felt the level of support and consistency in care was not appropriate for someone in recovery. The instability and lack of continuity made an already difficult period significantly harder to manage. EDIT: It took over 2 years for a response to this review, which felt more like a general PR reply than any real engagement with the concerns raised. I’ve also seen similar responses to other reviews expressing comparable concerns.
One of the best outpatient centers in NJ. The environment is very welcoming, clean, and well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful in all aspects. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone whose considering it.
If you are seeking treatment due to IDRC requirements literally go anywhere else. Solstice lied to me and told me despite having zero issues in my USDs, full attendance online except a single rescheduling i had to do due to my 91 year old grandmother having a heart attack, they claimed i had inconsistent attendance... i have a notebook of every single class with the details of ZERO TREATMENT just social hour.
