This place is a joke! The staff lie and they put the blame on higher ups. Never go here! Anyone in recovery should look somewhere else fast because this place will keep you forever over stupid things that they make up as they go along or they kick you out for reasons they can’t even explain reasonably. If you have dcpp involved then RUN from this place as fast as physically possible!!!!!!
Seems to me that this place is just an extension of bureaucracy in the state. It exists for maybe helping people or maybe just a grift to get more money. I believe that the latter is the more prominent reason for this industry. It appears that I have a health problem unrelated to substance abuse. I have quite a bit of health problems as well as my wife and if she signed up for this service just for a baseline survey she would most likely be sucked in as well and that would be telling! Colleen is one of the best counselors at Solstice. She always makes everyone in group feel super comfortable and always finds a way to make it fun and interesting.
I feel as though Solstice is an extremely therapeutic environment. It helps me with my mental illness, putting my life into perspective and to mature and grow. I have been in counseling since I was 12 years old only to find out that I grew old and never grew up. Solstice has begun the process to help me grow up. Thank you to the whole Solstice team, especially my counselor Morgan.
I think the solstice program is a really helpful to me and others. My counselor Morgan helps me a lot and keeps me focused.
