The absolute worst insurance I have ever had the displeasure of having. They will not pay for a single procedure, and will fight you every step of the way to you trying to get them to pay, only for them to come up with some other reason not to pay a penny towards your needed procedure. They are scam artists. I will be switching off of these losers asap. Needless to say NEVER make the your first, second or even last choice (it would cost you less to just pay out of pocket).

Solstice has the WORST LIST OF PROVIDERS! Do not waste your money!
By using this company, I actually had higher dental bills than without insurance. Furthermore, I had a crown that was causing issues, and Solstice denied the claim due to lack of decay. I guess they want my teeth going bad instead of properly fixing and preventing damage. Will NEVER use this insurance company again. I highly DO NOT recommend them, unless your looking to loose money.
My employer and I paid premiums to this insurance company. I had dental work done in September 2018 and here now in April 2019, my dentist has not been paid. Now I’m having to pay $500 more out of my own pocket after already paying $1300. This work was in network and supposed to be covered. After many calls, emails and conference calls with my dentist office and Solstice; NOTHING! Do not sign up for benefits with this company. You will be sorry.

If I could give zero stars I would. Joined in November and have been paying the monthly premiums. Took son twice to dentist for checkups and 3 months later still getting a song and dance why I have not gotten reimbursed. I spent over an hour trying to work out the reason and what they needed. They said it was then resolved and was an error in their part. Even gave me a reference number. When I called back the following month they said oh no it’s not resolved.!
