From the moment I typed in my zip code to start the process until the last question I had answered by Arabella yesterday I have had a wonderful, professional, almost exciting experience. I other companies have similar processes but this one has never failed. I love Solstice - from their name to their customer service. Keep it up!!

Scam. Fraud. Fake company just using predatory tactics to make money. They told me they were going to give me information and then created an account for me, pressured me into providing payment (why would I need to provide a payment method for a supposed discount on my bill with another company???), and then refuse to answer any calls or emails requesting account deletion. I've been signed up for almost a year now and each month the credits are there, and they're less per kWh than my utility. I can't believe a program like this exists with almost nobody knowing about it. Free discounted electricity every month. Sounds too good to be true, but it wasn't!
