Scam. Fraud. Fake company just using predatory tactics to make money. They told me they were going to give me information and then created an account for me, pressured me into providing payment (why would I need to provide a payment method for a supposed discount on my bill with another company???), and then refuse to answer any calls or emails requesting account deletion. I've been signed up for almost a year now and each month the credits are there, and they're less per kWh than my utility. I can't believe a program like this exists with almost nobody knowing about it. Free discounted electricity every month. Sounds too good to be true, but it wasn't!

The experience took about 15-20 minutes, slowed by needing to get my passwords for Solstice and my utility company. The agent from Solstice was very patient and good on giving help with directions. There were many many many steps to do. I'm glad for the chance to use the services of a clean energy supplier. It's what the world needs.

The customer experience I received from Arabella is beyond commendable! She was accommodating, thorough, and timely. Working with her is a great introduction of what I hope is demonstrated through all interactions and experiences with Solstice. Btw, I am not a fan of allocating the highest rating because I believe that there’s always room for improvement. Arabella exceeded my expectations.
