Very efficient and professional.
Good luck trying to get an appointment. The shop never answers the phone claiming that it's corporate policy, online help is worthless, the instructions provided by the one person reached via phone were inaccurate, and there are no links anywhere, in the e-mails or the account, for pre-paying for the scheduled appointment, and they don't take payment there. Spent over 5 hours so far, including driving back-n-forth to Quest for simple questions (4 times now), trying to pay for an appointment. If you have other options make th... read more
Easy parking, check-in super quick, appointments are on time, and I always get an excellent stick.
Rude, unprofessional employee "Kathleen?" . Mumbles when speaking, and attempted to find a vein 3 times in both arms, before using the back of my hand. Very unconcerned about the fact I was being treated like a pin cushion. Once needle was inserted, she just "jabbed" around in my arm seemingly blindly. Do not recommend.
Check-in was super easy when I clicked on the link that was texted to me. The system worked well and I had no waiting past my scheduled blood draw time. The phlebotomist was awesome! She was fast, professional, and efficient. Also, she was nice to talk to while she worked. My total time was maybe 10 minutes or less in the clinic.
