The staff was professional and efficient.
Make sure you put in the right card information. I contacted billing and asked on the day of my appointment. They apparently have no way to change it after the fact which is a bit absurd if you ask me.
I waited 2 hours as a walk in and was unable to even be seen and I was the first walk in in the queue. Amy is great, but the fact that she has ZERO help is ridiculous. There is only one lady working the whole place and appointments are hard to get. Quest diagnostics needs to hire someone to help her because they are losing business!!! EDIT: Amy has been skipping me in the queue and there was blood on the chair.
Drug Testing does not start until 1 PM. Understaffed place, long waits, an absolute waste of time.
Drug tests are ONLY from 1-3pm even if you scheduled an appointment. Be aware of that. So even if you have a 9am appointment they’ll still turn you away and tell you to come back at 1pm and be a walk in basically. I spent a quarter of the day there as a result. There was no way to get a human on the phone line when scheduling, they could have communicated the above. The online appointment system doesn’t communicate it either.
