Regina was awesome! She was very kind and approachable! She was truly a professional. My appointment was a very pleasant experience.
My phlebotomist was very kind and personable. I didn’t feel like I was just another body being pushed through. She was professional and very good at her job. I was in and out in minutes!
The technician who provided was extremely rude from the start. Literally as I was walking in the door, she was yelling my name in a rude manner. She accused me of lying about signing up and paying. She stated that I “couldn’t have” since she didn’t see my information (but yet she had my name). She refused to accept or even read any of the confirmations (both email and text) that I provided. The staff at this location are wonderful! Friendly, courteous and very professional! I have used the services at this location when I have to travel a few times and enjoy each visit. I also enjoy the same excellent service in Palm Coast Fl. I highly recommend Quest! I get my test results within 24-48 hrs by logging into my account.
