Very easy to make an appointment and easy check in. Waited not even 5 minutes and they were absolutely amazing with my toddler.
Horrible schedule for me and my husband because both was scheduled under my phone number she wouldn't see my husband and told him he had to come back at 2pm
Im rating my second experience at this lab. I made an appt online for 8/11 at 1230. Im assuming Regina is the person that checked me in/drew my blood because it was the persons name listed in the room she did her work. But if not, the powers that be can see who drew my labs based on appt time. She asked if I was fasting and I said no, my paperwork did not tell me I needed to be.
