I had an extremely disappointing experience and would strongly caution others to think twice before using this lab—especially if you are going through fertility treatment or any time-sensitive medical situation. My physician ordered my labs as STAT on two separate occasions, meaning they were medically necessary for same-day processing. Despite this, the staff refused to process them as STAT both times. This place is the worst medical facility I’ve ever been. They made me chug 3 bottles of water and then my test came back as too diluted. Second time I went there the lady made me chug 2 bottles of water and went to lunch. I had to pee and the other lady didn’t want to do my test. I wasn’t able to wait 1 hour because I was literally going to pee my pants and had to go pee without being tested. They gave my employer a refusal to test and I lost the job. I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics in Valdosta, and I especially want to highlight the tech Tammy. This was my second visit, and everything went smoothly. Tammy was right on time, so there was no waiting at all. She had such positive, welcoming energy that immediately put me at ease.
