Went in for a drug test, service was very unprofessional and they never completed the test, having some collector issues I had to redo my drug testing again delaying a lot of Time. Very unprofessional
I had no problems getting my blood drawn, but 10 days later and my Dr hasn't received the results. LabCorp always had them in a few days. I have an appointment in 2 days that will be pointless without the test results.
Absolutely horrible. Avoid at all cost. I scheduled an appointment for 1:50 at this location and arrived on time. For starters there’s no signage on the outside to tell you where you should go, but once I made it through the correct door, I arrived to a completely empty waiting room. I had checked in on my phone, so I sat and waited. Everyone at this location are always joyful, friendly and accommodating. I drive an hour out of my way specifically to come to this location due to the friendly staff and level of service. You wont find a better group of staff out there! Labcorp could learn a thing or two from this location. A++++
