Heidi was amazing!!! Usually bloodwork is a huge ordeal for me because my veins are small, no matter how much water I drink. But Heidi drew my blood in record time and I was so surprised at how fast she did it! She was also kind and comforting. Highly recommend Heidi!
It’s always so fast, they actually see you within 5 minutes of your appointment when you check-in. The staff is always so nice and professional, I enjoy coming to this location. I’m always in and out.
The person who took my blood had exceptional bedside manner and made sure I was doing okay during the process.
This location need customer service training. Went to go take a drug test and the girl at the front desk with the dreads has a nasty attitude! I get we all have our days but stay home if you don’t want to be at work. I asked one question and she gave me a shit look like she didn’t want to be bothered. Then had the nerve to say it’s something you click but I forgot which one it was. Didn’t come out to help or nothing. FIRED!
Went in for a drug test, service was very unprofessional and they never completed the test, having some collector issues I had to redo my drug testing again delaying a lot of Time. Very unprofessional
