The service is good while at the lab, but getting the results sent to the ordering physician is another thing even when the test is done serveral weeks before the next doctor's appointment. This has happened a couple of times. The first time, the doctor's office called Quest and Quest said they had no record of the blood test. Had to go to Quest and stay there until they faxed to test results to the doctor. They eventually found the test results. My wife needed to get a pre-employment drug screen test. The web site showed they are open until 4 PM on Thursdays. We arrived at the office at 3:05 PM, where we were informed the cutoff was 3:00 PM. The receptionist had a bad attitude, even though we were polite. My wife went in the next morning, it was the same person, with the same bad attitude. Very rude and not very helpful.
Takes forever for drug screen results to come back!
I looked on the Site to See what Time it Closes the Site Says 2:00 I get There around 1:30 to take a Urinalysis they say we Stop giving at 12:00. Don't you Think that should be on the Site so people know instead of Wasting time and Possibly missing out on a job???
