Went for a urine drug screen for employment, and a women there that wears glasses, and a dress green scrubs outfit was very unprofessional and rude. Among others working there talking about patients badly in front of them at the window. Their management needs to address their behavior and unprofessionalism. Employers definitely should use another company and location for screenings.

Quest Diagnostics is located inside Carillon Medical Center. Suite 120. My son went here for blood work. The automated check in process was quick and easy. Your name is put on a TV screen so you can see your place in line and how long your wait will be. Fast and efficient. Results were received within 2 days

Jessica at the front desk is beyond disrespectful with the patients. She doesn’t deserve to be in the noble profession of healthcare. She needs to learn how to be professional and polite and until she learns some humility, she shouldn’t be back to work. Because of employees like her, the entire customer/ patient experience at this quest is diminished and employees like her deserve to be sacked ASAP!
