Had an appointment. Waited an hour. No patients were taken back the entire time. Staff laughing loudly in the back. No communication whatsoever about what was going on. Ended up leaving because I had to get back to work.

This is the WORST service I ever encountered (in any medical field) They sit on their asses in the back office and take care of EVERYTHING BUT THE PATIENT. Pure-D LAZINESS!!!

Twas the day after Christmas, and all through the waiting room, no one was stirring, not even a spoon. I signed my name on the sheet on the desk, and waiting one minute at this place they called Quest. The lady was pleasant and unlocked the door, she was alone there just waiting, and now there was one more. She drew up my blood as fast as St. Nick, I barely felt the needle stick! Then as quick as can be, I left wishing her well, today was unusually quiet, that much I can tell.

Had a scheduled appointment for 9:00 AM. Arrived at 8:55 to an empty lobby - not even a receptionist. Waited ten minutes before seeing a single employee except for the two that were running in late. Didn’t get seen until 15 minutes after. Inefficient and unfriendly service. Would not recommend.
