My 4 day old grandson was sent here for blood work and needless to say I'm extremely livid at this point. I as an adult have been there several times and the lady at the window is always rude. There has been no time that I've been there that I've not had some issue with wait time or ability to get blood without multiple sticks. Nobody is in this establishment for an appointment and they won’t take my drug screening for a job. I need to make an appointment but they don’t have any appointments in the duration I need it (the place is empty, no appointments, no one is in the waiting area).
