If this is not my 2nd review of this place; it really should be. Both times I've visited they have done a great job. Clean environment, knowledgeable staff, willing to help. Polite and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs lab work. With doctors order or self referred/ pay; they do both. I've been to other labs, this is the very best around.
This is a terrible company from A-Z. First, I was told that they couldn’t do a urine test and a blood test together. They had to come back another day at which point I went to walk up to the receptionist sent me to the bank to talk to quest and she Says with a sarcastic Voice “ he can’t help you “ And she walked away and comes back five minutes later, I had a urine test done at Ballantyne medical. There was a screen up and she was talking behind it, and then passes me the urine cup by sticking her arm out around the screen, ... read more
